8 hectares in: Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint-Véran, and Mâcon-Village blancs.
Chardonnay grape: making fruity, fresh and mineral wines.
Tillage
Crops on predominantly clay-rich land.
Weeding is done mechanically, without chemical inputs.
Winemaking process
Harvesting mainly manual with pressing carried out in whole harvests.
Most of the vinification takes place in 225 litre barrels and in food-grade steel tanks accompanied by temperature control systems.
Storage of bottles
The bottles are stored in a semi-buried cellar in order to maintain a constant hydrometry and temperature in any season.
